1. Long-Term Financing

B.) Net DP can be paid in 14 Months at ZERO interest, thus is Php 16,559 per month.

C.) The 80% Balance can be paid thru In-House Financing or Bank Financing. Shifting to a Pag-Ibig Financing is also an option in an interim basis, i.e., a choice between in-house financing or bank financing in the first 2 years after the downpayment is paid off and then loan the principal of the balance through Pag-Ibig financing.

As low as Php 9,721 for a 20-year loan with an average of 10% interest per annum if balance is loaned through Bank Financing.*

In-House monthly amortization for 10 years at a fixed 19% interest p.a. is estimated at Php 18,804 and Php 26,131 for a 5-year in-house loan.

2. Deferred Cash (24 months at Zero Interest)

Paying off the Total Contract Price in 24 months without interest is also given as an option & will have a monthly amortization of Php 51,632 only.

3. Spotcash - Php 1,095,256

A 12% discount from the TCP is granted to the buyer who shall pay off the TCP on a spotcash basis only.
